ABOUT DECCARDY INTERIOR DESIGNERS
Deccardy Interior Design was founded by Duschka and Richard Cardy in
2008 on the back of over 40 years combined experience in this field.
Duschka studied Interior Design at Trowbridge Technical College, Wiltshire
and then went on to study Design at Portsmouth University, Hampshire,
specialising in three dimensional design.
Theories were put to the test on numerous interior design projects, some
of which are represented on the portfolio pages.
The projects involved renovation, refurbishment, reconfiguration and interior
design of residential properties.
Richard, aka "Cody" has been refurbishing, reconfiguring and redecorating
residential property since his early 20's and together with Duschka's
passion for design, created this business to assist Clients in achieving
their own goals and dreams.
He concentrates on computer aided design, creating many of the floorplan
design proposal visualisations in 2D and 3D.
Project managing the various tradespeople is a large part of his role,
having established contact with many very good, reliable, competitive
tradespeople, including builders, electricians, plumbers, painters &
decorators, plasterers and engineers.
