INTERIOR DESIGN FEE STRUCTURE
Many fears and misunderstandings are generated by the different way interior
designers charge for what appears to be a similar service. An important
part of our policy is to offer a no-obligation first meeting that is completely
free of charge. You can test the water without any risk and if you decline
our services we promise not to hound you.
For maximum flexibility we incorporate break points in our fee structure.
At the end of each stage the Client has the ability of taking the designs
and carrying out the work themselves. This allows you to determine precisely
the level of involvement our company has in your project.
We are not precious about our designs, merely practical in their implementation.
Our homes are extremely important to us - we need a space to relax and unwind
in. Work is a pleasure and we are passionate about home design and creating
efficient organisation. Whether you have one room that requires changing
to accommodate your needs or an entire property in need of refurbishment
or a little TLC.
We pass on all trade discounts we receive from our contractors and suppliers
directly to our Clients without any mark-up. In many cases, our Clients
complete their interior design project making a considerable cost and time
saving than if they had undertaken the work themselves.
Design fees are quoted at the beginning of each stage, after we assess the
likely time the stage will take. Our fees are currently free of any VAT.
All design drawings required to detail the project are included in the design
fees. Mood boards and out of pocket expenses for samples and paints are
included in the design fees.
